"I went with Cascade,  I love adding a little citrus to non-hoppy styles like my Kolsch. If I'm lucky, I'll harvest enough for one very small batch this year."

"Brewed up a straightforward Hefeweizen, first time as an open fermentation and carbonated with reserved wort. Cobbled together a serving vessel from an old barrel on Craigslist that I touched up and some existing draft equipment. Glad I didn’t have to resort to a tub of ice and a picnic tap for their special day!"
