At our February Meeting, we decided to push back our Dark Beer Competition back a month to sometime in March. We’ll revisit at our next club meeting on Tuesday, 3/8. Our hope is the weather will be above freezing so we can meet outside. Also, with a bunch of new members, this gives everyone a chance to participate!
So get ready for a mid-March competition, either outdoors at someone’s place or as a hastily-planned bottle swap. If you already brewed, be sure to save a few bottles! Otherwise, get brewing!
