  • 1 oz cascade @ 60 min
  • 0.75 oz saaz @ 15 min
  • 1 oz saaz @ 5 min
  • 0.25 oz saaz @ 0 min

Other Ingredients

  • 153 grams shucked raw oysters and brine @ 10 min
  • 7 grams crushed coriander @ 5 min
  • 5 grams crushed Valencia orange peel @ 5 min
